Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering high-quality and reliable products. Since all our products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of defects or errors.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product arrived with a defect.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged during shipping.
If you experience any of the issues listed above, please contact us at wishdiscover@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item, and include:
- Photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect product.
- Your order number.
We will review your request within 2–5 business days.
Refunds and Replacements
Once your request is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- A replacement of the defective or incorrect product.
- A full or partial refund of the purchase price.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not delivered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item or the estimated delivery date. We will review your claim and process a refund or send a replacement within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds and returns are not provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect size selection made by the customer at the time of purchase. Please carefully review the size chart before ordering.
- Personal preferences (e.g., dislike of color, style, etc.).
Reshipping
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a refusal to accept the shipment, reshipping is available at an additional cost.
