Return and Refund Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality and reliable products. Since all our products are custom-made, returns and exchanges are only accepted in cases of defects or errors.


Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product arrived with a defect.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged during shipping.

If you experience any of the issues listed above, please contact us at wishdiscover@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the item, and include:

  • Photos of the defect, damage, or incorrect product.
  • Your order number.

We will review your request within 2–5 business days.


Refunds and Replacements

Once your request is approved, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement of the defective or incorrect product.
  • A full or partial refund of the purchase price.

Exceptions

Refunds and returns are not provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect size selection made by the customer at the time of purchase. Please carefully review the size chart before ordering.
  • Personal preferences (e.g., dislike of color, style, etc.).

Reshipping

If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or a refusal to accept the shipment, reshipping is available at an additional cost.
